Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Toni Shute has lived in several vibrant cities including Atlanta, Georgia and San Diego, California—bringing with her a diverse perspective and a passion for connecting people with the perfect place to call home.

Toni’s journey into real estate began as a Realtor Assistant for one of Nashville’s top-producing agents, where she gained invaluable industry knowledge and hands-on experience. Driven to expand her expertise, she launched her own company, A Step Above Management & Staging, specializing in property management and home presentation. This foundation fueled her desire to advance her career, ultimately leading her to become an agent with Keller Williams.

A proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to four, Toni values family above all—and understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a true home.

In 2023, a visit to Punta Cana sparked a new vision. Inspired by the rapid growth of the area and the presence of industry leader Cheryl Henderson, Toni felt a calling to be part of the thriving real estate market. By February 2024, she made that vision a reality, beginning her journey in paradise with KW Punta Cana.

Since then, Toni has expanded her portfolio, working with Boardwalk Developments and the Cheryl Henderson Group Punta Cana, all under the mentorship of renowned real estate leader Cheryl Henderson.

With a professional background in Human Resources and Training & Development, Toni brings a client-focused, service-driven approach to every transaction.
